”Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you what you are.”
-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin (1755-1826)
The more popular version of this saying is: ”You are what you eat.” That’s easy to understand in terms of food. We know what’s good for our bodies. But think of what we eat in terms of what we consume in the media, and the marketplace, too. Are we buying and using products that are good for ourselves and the environment? Are we reading, watching shows, and expressing ourselves in ways that are beneficial to humanity? Food for thought!

Attractor Factor 19 y
Paul Bauer, Of Dreams Alive, and the Abundance Factor~has a few words on Joe Vitale's latest book
What is ”The Attractor Factor”?
If you’re like me, you’ve read scores of books about prosperity,
abundance and wealth creation, but one that really stands out is
Joe Vitale’s new ”The Attractor Factor”.
Why am I impressed and why is it unique?
Because Joe doesn’t just talk theory - he shares real world
examples from his own experience and what works for people
(of all kinds).
His insights cut to the heart of the matter of what abundance
is all about and how to attract it.
”The Attractor Factor” comes with my highest recommendation,
and you can get your own personal cop ... read more

Gratitude vs Lack
Today’s Wisdom
”You will not have what you ask, nor can you have anything
you want. This is because your very request is a statement
of lack, and your saying you want a thing only works to produce
the precise experience - wanting - in your reality.
The correct prayer is therefore never a prayer of supplication
but a prayer of gratitude.
When you thank God in advance for which you choose to experience
in your reality, you in effect, acknowledge that it is there... in effect.
Thankfulness is thus the most powerful statement to God; an
affirmation that even before you ask, I h ... read more

Researchers at the University of Zurich reported Thursday that a small protein called oxytocin makes you more willing to part with your money, raising the prospect that the hormone could have lucrative implications.
The findings published in the journal Nature suggest that if organizers of an investment conference were to spray the hormone through the air, they could increase the deal flow between attendees.

Do we need Weapons in Space-Why call them "Starwars?" Who is the Airforce afraid of?
Immaculate Destruction
By FRANCES FITZGERALD
Published: June 3, 2005
FOR some time now the Air Force has been pressing the White House for a new national-security directive that would permit the deployment of space weaponry. A decision could come within weeks. Most space-to-ground weapons remain futuristic, but previous presidents and Congresses have chosen not to deploy anti-satellite weapons, fearing that doing so would set off an arms race and endanger the information systems the United States relies on. The new directive, if approved, would constitute a historic change in po ... read more

Compassion 19 y
Getting out of one's self and one's head to be present for another's growth...
Compassion means creating an open, nuturing, creative space for another person. There is a close relationship between the Hebrew word for ”compassion”, rachum or racham, and for ”womb”, racham, or rechem. Compassion means offering a womblike space, setting self-interest aside to make room for the other to reveal herself or himself and to grow. Inner housekeeping creates a space for another by cleaning up preoccupations, hurts, jealousies, and angry feelings. Then we can give full attention to the one we recieve as guest.

Recognition of divine nature brings with it trust that you are enough to meet every need.
The Now, That Now is, Is eternal
When I look into the future, I am not anxious about methods or means to carry out what the future moment may demand.
When I come to that place, God willbe there; the limitless powers of infinite life will be there.
The wisdom, the light and the luminous understanding of my highest spiritual nature will be there. All of me will be there, and the power of my faith to draw upon the limitless for any desire or need will also be there. I know that all things are mine now, and the now that is now, is eternal

I have a faith, a conviction, an assurance that cannot be moved, for I am established in Love which envelopes everything I contact and every person I meet. I have a Friend who knows all my needs. Guest article by Jodie Foster
Did you know that happiness is up to you?
It’s actually your choice.
You can choose to be happy instead of waiting around for it to suddenly appear out of nowhere one day and land in your lap. Happiness is called upon and cultivated.
Now keep in mind, this is my personal perspective of happiness. You might have a different view. Everyone has a unique view point, especially where emotion is concerned. But, nonetheless, I like my outlook on happiness. It helps me to see that I am the creator of my own thoughts and state of ... read more
