Day 9:(6:30 pm) Feeling mentally strong
feeling better but not physically stronger
Date: 1/18/2008 8:47:21 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2370 times well i slept well last night had another dream about food. but i did weigh myself today and the scale read:
169 lbs
that was cool to see but i know thats only temporary..it'd be super awesome if there was a way to keep off the weight after fasting.but anyways i bought some ketone test strips last night but i know now they are kind of use less....I've been able to retain the water...pretty much just been lying in bed today I'm not sure when and if i will get that surge of energy I've read about but I'm sure not expecting it. and im thinking my actual hunger went away yesterday...not sure why it took so long though and if anything i crave food when i smell it...anyways i dont even know where the week went but i cant believe its friday already...ill probably go watch some tv and go to skeep i will post tomorrow.
