Day One, AWESOME! NOT!

Well it is day one and I have to say I am not hungry yet. I got up early and did my 1 hour powerwalk then went to the dentist where I was able to have my tooth pulled! How awesome was that?? Well, the two plus side to that is when I eat now, it won't hurt and for 24 hours I CAN not eat nothing til the bleeding stops which pretty aids me on my way to this fast:-) I knew there was purpose in starting today AND I was not expecting to get my tooth pulled, how awesome!
