Hot weather has arrived...

...and today I have on a sweater, but I'm not bothered. I can see that my tummy is smaller. A good sign of progress.It dawned on me that since the beginning of the challenge, I have lost 13 lbs. That's a little more than one dress size. The diet is going well. I wasn't drinking the MC drink everyday, but decided to make sure I have one everyday after yesterday; I had an mc drink and quickly experienced the detoxifying effects. I had not one hive when I woke up this morning, and that's good enough for me; so along with my skin brushing & daily detox bath regimine, I think this will be my menu for the forseeable future:
AM-water - cause I'm thirsty when I wake up in the morning
1-2 herb teas per day w/vitamineral green superfood
1 broth w/vitamineral green superfood
2 carrot juices per day w/vitamineral green superfood
1 alk drink - sipped throughout the day
1 MC drink per day when I get home so I can go to the bathroom
1 broth w/vitamineral green superfood
PM-water
My ph level is pretty constant @ around 6.50 - 7.0. This is a major improvement for me. I'm sure my body appreciates it. I'm looking forward to Monday's weigh-in...
