The end is so far away...

Not feeling too well today and had a bad evening yesterday. Acid stomach last night and nausea. My period started today so that's probably part of my discomfort. My whole body hurts, especially my knees, but I think it's from the detox and not my period, since I don't usually have anything but a few cramps.

I want food!!!! I hope things get better soon, this really sucks and the little voice in my head keeps trying to talk me into quitting. If I continue to want food as much as I have been so far, this whole thing is going to be one big torture session. Food, food, food...
