Date: 2/7/2009 4:12:06 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 4254 times Hello again everybody i have come back to do another fast! You might be thinking oh right he has gained all the weight back but you would be wrong, very wrong.
Statistics this time around:
Weight = 13,4
Height = 6,2
Age = 19
I have booked 7 days off work and i will spend them days fasting. Simple stuff really. Its been over a year since the last one and i have noticed old eating habbits creeping there way back in!
After the first fast over a year ago it changed the way i ate alltogether and i want to get back to eating alot less and being satisfied with it.
Also i want to drop off some more weight and give my system a good clean out.
Im aiming for around 11,7, that would be my ideal weight anything lower i think would look a little odd considering my build and height.
I will be starting in the morning. SUNDAY 8TH FEBRUARY 2009, wish me luck.
