one-day water-fast!
Hope to also do liver cleanse tonight, though it will be late when i'm home from work. There's a kind of celebration there tonight; there'll be lots of fruit, biscuits, tea etc going round; in a very happy atmosphere too, which makes it all the more difficult.. i pray to God i can withstand it! Feeling strong now. Also, i'm praying that i'll have the concentration to do my job correctly tonight, having not eaten all day (i've gotta be on the ball; sharp-minded).
Anyway, all will be well, weight-wise, if i fast. That is, there'll certainly be a drop on the scales tomorrow. And am on track, time-wise.
What threw the constant loss was: yesterday i eat too much. Had an omelette in the morning, which was what i was planning to only eat. But was invited for dinner after yesterday's work, and eat salmon with some broccoli. And then last night had a row with my boyfriend, and went home and eat some parmesan and 3 cherry tomatoes. Basically all ok food, but could've done without the broccoli, and the late-night cheese+tomatoes! That is what tipped the balance.
i think i am still in ketosis - will check when i need to pee!!!
Since i began, 10 days ago, i have lost 7.4 lb. Not bad! (expecting a loss of 4lb a week).
