Drink lots of water you goging to need it.
Start by turning on home heater all the way up then make a pot of hot tea. Turn bathroom heater on too.
Note puttung just feet in hot water for long time should warm up whole body create a fake fever...
Put on sweat pants and sweat shirt or a heavy jacket and bene on Head. Make a hot bath pull pant legs up put feet and legs in bathtub a hot as you can stand for as long as you can stand...every time you do it you get better at it...
Drink hot tea and wate When you start sweating dont stop listen to music, eat some food, relax heat heals and congradulations you have created an fake fever. Don't cool off go lay in bed with blanket...
