Now that I've had a couple of days break from fasting I really feel like I should get back with it again rather than trying the strict diet. Since it is so close to my last three plus four hour days of fasting I am only going to set a goal of two days and see how I handle that. I think when I fast this frequently healing crises may come sooner than it would if I had not fasted for a while. If I am doing okay I can always continue it. I just started the water-only fast a little while ago. The reason I am concerned about hitting a healing crisis is that I have to continue my duties in life. If I could just take some time away from all that, I could afford to let the crises happen and stay home in bed sick etc. to get through them. Here I go fasting again.
