Day 6 Master Cleanse

Drank only 2 glasses of the MC lemonade drink mix. I cheated today and had one small cookie (200 cals) and 2 cups of watermelon (100 cals) - and I had coffee with a bit of cream. I surprisingly don't feel that guilty about cheating. My goal was to do this for weight loss not cleansing. I felt like if I didn't had a small bite to eat I would just crack and binge at some point , which is what I had done in past failed attempts when I fasted. So I am actually proud of myself being able to have just a cookie and some fruit without doing a full-out binge, and being able to continue & move forward.
I weighed myself several different times today and it is interesting how much my weight fluctuated in just a single day. I don't think my cheat had anything to do with it because I did my cheat early in the morning.
Morning Weight: 166.2 pounds
Early evening: 164.2 pounds
Late evening: 167.2 pounds
