Investigating your thought process (your internal code) is the true path to clarity...to enlightenment.

"Real change comes by thinking differently."
It has been known for some time that the solutions lie with the people,
not with the process.
It is not the change that causes the resistance, the resistance is
caused by "telling" people what to do.
By telling them what to do he is generating the resistance that will
cause "his change" to fail.
When people feel good about what they do their performance becomes
astonishing.
Now Peter Hunter from the UK was sharing some thoughts on an
International Training Group
Yet his words ring true for is as we progress towards our personal
enlightenment.
Then another reader added (David Breslow )
"Real change comes by individuals learning to investigate their own
thinking"
I find that many of these folks are not aware of the very fundamental
principles of thought, the power of thought, how a thought creates or
why they and others experience the outcomes they get. They are often too
busy putting out fires and "coping" with what's happening that they
have not stopped to see the cause and effect relationship of thought and
action. "Coping" assumes the behaviour/actions will happen again.

The Ability to validate what others say to us to try and mould our
thinking
We see again and again why the Prophets of old left us with a Warning
to Validate Everything
Including what is left behind in
"HOLY WRIT"
Generation after Generation
Children have been programmed to accept what their "Elders" have taught
them to believe
They have been conditioned by the 148000 "No's" they hear by the time
they are 18 even in a "Positive home"
So by the time they reach any form of Maturity
They are unable to
"Investigate their own Thinking"
That suits Religious and National Leaders Very well
I came across and Education Project Yesterday

I have asked to have a role in this Project
Only when our Young are taught to Question
Only when our Young are taught by people who Question
Will our World become
"Enlightened"
Regardless of who we are we can play a role in
Universal Education
By teaching those who are in our families
Universal Values of Respect for all
Male and female
Regardless of race and religion
By insisting that those who TEACH our Children
Teach LOVE
as well as the 3 R's
Only when Teachers understand how the Mind of the child works
will the child develop
Only when Teachers understand the impact of Negative Instructions will
they inturn Question their own Thinking
If we stay quiet we condone an education system that ensures
subservience into the next generation
When is the Last time you asked what you Children are being taught
I know Natassha and Danyal learn so much that I did not back in
Australia in the 1950's
What are YOU doing to inspire Real Change in your area of influence in
the Community you live in
