Day 7 Master Cleanse Wrap Up

My body has rewarded me for cleansing with more blemishes on my face, achey neck and back and (for the first time since I started this) fatigue. Am tired tonight. 'Course I slept poorly last night and have worked 6 days this week (see, you can cleanse AND work, no big deal). Today has been the most difficult yet because of the tiredness and blahness. Ugggh, tomorrow will be better.

I am not hungry although I am starting to truly miss food and the ritual of buying and preparing it. I haven't been thinking about what I will eat (after oj and broth the first 2 days after the cleanse) to break my fast, and I may still go longer than 10 (although it will be one day at a time if I do). A huge salad surely sounds good. With raw pine nuts and clover sprouts and avocado and green onions and bell pepper and mushrooms and a little shredded carrot. Ok, it seems I am thinking about it.

Time for another lemonade. More tomorrow. I am so spacey tonight. I just re-read this whole thing and I sound very disjointed.
