Master Cleanse Log--Days 31-33
The last days.

Symptoms: Migraine headache, exhaustion, back ache. I don't know if I smell or not until I go back to work on Monday. I slept most of the day away. I think my body needed it rest. The right side of my tongue has lost almost all of its tastebuds, my right ear swelled up and started pussing again where my ear-ring hole is and the right side of my face is covered in acne down my cheek where I never got acne before--even through the years of my digestive trouble. I know it's correlated to some part of the body internally, but I haven't found out what that is yet.
Improvements: When I washed my hair, it didn't become all matted and tangled up. It's been so dry and unmanageable that I was forced to stop washing it every day like I used to. But I have been fortunate enough to not have an oily head.
-Day 32
Symptoms: Bad breath. For the past few days when I get up to drink my morning water, I swish the water around in my mouth and I get a nasty sour taste--very toxic. It seems like no matter how much water I drink, there's always more bad taste. Before I drink my water, I can't taste anythng bad in my mouth. It's proabably because I don't have any liquids washing away the toxins during the 8 hours I sleep. I My skin is sagging even though my acne is still improving somewhat. I have been sick, so that might explain the tired & lazy skin. My friend came over for a visit yesterday and was shocked to see how bad I had acne. Having light dizzy spells like I always do right when I'm getting over a cold.
Improvements: I've got good news. The coating on my tongue is barely noticeable at all! The mucous is almost non-existent. I even forget about the symptom until I get a little once a day. My head doesn't hurt and I feel pretty good, besides the weakness and dizziness. I'm just taking it easy right now. I got on the scale and have not been losing any more weight, which is more good news.
I knew my health was in serious condition, but I cannot believe all the symptoms I've been going through during this cleanse. It's turning out to be a much bumpier ride than I anticipated.
-Day 33
Symptoms: I was feeling pretty sick. Every time I thought I was getting over my cold, it would start to come back. I was sleeping a lot, felt dizzy, exhausted and weak. I also lost more weight and went down to 83 pounds. I added some sun chlorella to my lemonade, which made me feel better, but my tummy is still feeling tight and sunken in, so I am going off the master cleanse.
Improvements: If you don't count that the body odor and bad breath stayed, the cleanse went wonderfully. I could tell I got a lot of nasty stuff out of my body, especially because it smelled toxic. My tongue is also almost completely pink, which is a good sign that I made it far enough. I'm dissapointed that I can't go the full 40 days, but I have to think about getting my weight back up as soon as my digestive system gets used to eating regular again.
I'm going to do some food sensitivity testing, but have to stop in the middle due to a vacation coming up in late November, which will really throw me off course. Nonetheless, I will resume where I left off when I get back. And before I go, I plan to squeeze in at least 2 liver flushes and see what they do. I think my results will be a lot better thanks to this master cleanse. It has been well worth the effort!
I cannot wait to taste thoe freshly squeezed oranges.
