Day #4 - Mood = Energetic
limes grow here and its organic. i cant sya the same for the lemons we have been consuming as they are imported and who knows what colouring and pesticides they come with. i read that steven burroughs prefers organic lemons which are vine ripened. i asked the store assistants and she just gave me a look like i had just landed from mars.

Not to forget that i am getting it fresh from the lil' firey fruit (is it a fruit???) itself. it almost feels like i lose conciousness for a second or two from the "bang" of it.
On a cooler note, ia m not craving for food any longer. and today i woke up at 5am full of energy rearing to go. This is different from the usual as I am certainly not a morning person. in fact i am a night person. i hate waking up in the mornings. But today i woke up at 5am willing for the alarm to go off because i was ready to get going already ya know ? Where does all this energy come from..i cant believe its from lemons and cane and not to forget the whopper of a tiny cayenne pepper....
i did a p&b shake late yesterday afternoon, took the swf this morning. it went down much easier this time around. i used a straw and walked around the room while a chugged it down. 1 hour later i am in the bathroom passing some really weird gross stuff....it's not the usual butt pee but solids...where are these solids coming from ? i havent eaten a bite since like ...feels like forever...must be the gunk my colon has accumulated.
i also did the dry brushing before having a shower yesterday evening. i read a\bout some experiencing a coated tongue during cleansing. for me i feel like my teeth are covered in plaque. When i look at them in the mirror they look clean but when i feel the back of my teeth with my tongue it feels like i haven't brushed my teeth in like a week. it's unsettling so i end up brushing my teeth lots during the day. the thing is it doesnt go away. hmmm..i'll need to do a search in curezone about this.
today, my mom bought us limes. limes grow here and its organic. i cant sya the same for the lemons we have been consuming as they are imported and who knows what colouring and pesticides they come with. i read that steven burroughs prefers organic lemons which are vine ripened. i asked the store assistants and she just gave me a look like i had just landed from mars. so we got some 200 organic, vine ripened limes and i must say the change fo flavour is invigorating. the limes are also really juicy and fresh and i cant believe i am able to get 2-3tbsp of juice from each lime since they're almost half the size of the lemon we calculated that 2 limes would yield the juice equivalent to 1 lemon. but here we're having 2 limes yield the juive of 1.5 lemons. incredible..it must be because lemons have thicker peels where else the limes have really thin peels and hence more pulp/juice.
