2nd Day of the Juice Fast

Well Today is my 2nd day of a Juice Fast. I decided to do strictly juice for 7 days and decide then whether to switch over to the rotation of fruits and veggies. Yesterday went good, I wasn't hunger till I went to bed and then the hunger pains started, and my head started pounding. I woke up this morning with the same headache, but its to be expected. I am taking Barley powder twice a day with my juices. The health food store recommended it. I am also doing a parasite cleanse as well. I lost a pound yesterday. I wished I could lose 3-4 a day, but thats stretching it. I don't have a juicer yet, so Im using V-8 juices and Ocean Breeze. I hope that is ok. Going to buy a juicer this weekend.
