Day Two of Master Cleanse

Date: 10/8/2005 6:25:44 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1929 times Ron is positively beaming! He said he hasn't felt this good in years. He looks good, too, really thin. He said his tongue is coated white, which is really grossing him out. He said he's never had that in his life, but is sure it's a good sign that his cleanse is working right on schedule. We've been going by this post in case anyone else wants to see it. By the way, he said the senna tea really worked. We bought "Smoothe Move" at Wild Oats. We bought chocolate, too, but haven't tried it yet. He said the original was really good. I'll try it tonight.

His weight hasn't been this low (176) for about 10 years. Don't you just hate it that guys can lose it so fast when they put their mind to it? I guess it's all that extra muscle. But hey, we get to have the babies, right girls? I'd never give that up, even if it makes us a little 'gushy' as my niece calls it. My liver flush went well, I'm just a little weak, which is normal. I don't feel that I got out many stones this time (120 so far, mostly very small) compared to my past experiences, and I'm not sure why because it seemed like I felt a whole lot of stuff moving last night when I drank the olive oil potion. It's so amazing to feel your liver contract. Hhmmmm. Well, I know it still does a world of good to get rid of what I did, plus flush out all that toxin. I always get what feels like the flu when I do this, really cold and achy and a bad headache. If you suffer from CFS then you'll know what I mean. It goes away after a couple of hours, though, and I always lose weight. Some of it comes back but it goes away again for good with continued good eating habits. I'm drinking my Master Cleanse lemonade now, two glasses so far, and it tastes good. We cut the maple syrup in half and it's sweet enough. This is coming from a girl who could ( and sad to say used to sometimes) eat cake for breakfast! Hopefully those days are over. I'm down to 156 and it feels so good. Can't wait to do even better. I'm so excited to see what the next week to 14 days brings. Do any of you have the goal to be at 'wedding weight'? What is there about that magic number that really gets us going. I don't believe I've ever heard a man say that! :) Til tomorrow, adios!
