New Plan to a better me!
My new plan in regards to weightloss and cleansing
Date: 12/4/2005 10:12:17 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1632 times I think that picking last week was a bad idea in terms of starting any sort of protocal/fast/or just anything. This week will be bad due to work (shocker).
This week I am not planning on fasting because it's too hard to travel and fast and this week we are bringing on a new team member which always requires many meals out.
This is my plan:
Begin parasite cleanse today (6 week protocal)
Fast next weekend and complete a liver flush
Go back to every other day fasting (which I will attempt to do this week as well)
Next weekend is also the time that I will get off of caffeine and aspartame. I'm not expecting it to be fun, but it'll be incredibly worthwhile!
I feel so disgusting. Even after 2 days of fasting I get fuller faster. I was doing ok with eating until yesterday. My plan is to try to eat as much raw as possible. I still have lots of reading to do on this topic but I really do need to make some changes. Why can't losing weight be easy????
**I know I just posted this 10 min ago but I already have a plan** I am going to a modified fast. Not a true fast. I am going to do a liquid fast whenever possible and then I'll have a salad or raw food whenever I have to go to lunch/dinner for work. That should still help me lose weight!
