I'm proud.

It's Friday, and I've been SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!

That doesn't mean I want to binge this weekend. I actually feel like this weekend will be a huge turning point for me. If I can watch my portions tonight and go for a jog in the morning, I'll be good.

Sunday, some yoga would do me well.

But I've literally eaten yogurt and apples, yesterday and today. Just cause I'm broke and that's what I bought before I realized I was broke.

I haven't pooped since the colonic, but that's because I literally haven't really eaten much since Wednesday night. I definitely think I'm going to see some good results at my weigh in next Thursday.

Last night I had a few pieces of cheese (probably a bit more than I should have, but nothing tragic at ALL) and a piece of deli roast beef and turkey. Other than that, Polar diet orange drink, which has 15 calories a serving.

I did sort of splurge on that, but I'm really OK with that. It's the food cravings I really have to watch. I read a great post today on Deradune's blog about craving thoughts, how to stop struggling against them, and just put them out of your mind.

It's all about watching for those moments when the emotional tide breaks over you and noticing that you're under a waterfall. Rather than letting that waterfall of emotion grip you and totally control you.

It's a great way to think about things, and I'm working on it. I must say I'm terribly proud of myself for this week and last week's efforts.

I even went to the gym today at lunch, knowing I'd be reporting home after work for a friday night of lazing about and enjoying dinner with my fiance, accompanied with a bottle of wine (oh heavens yes!).

I haven't had any alcohol all week, and I plan to continue that trend.

I know I promised that March would be yoga month. It's time to start thinking about getting up with the fiance 45 minutes earlier and moving around. It's worth it.

Take care everyone and have a great weekend.
