DAY 15, can't believe it 1/2 there!!
today was a major accomplishment
Date: 2/15/2006 9:18:06 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2989 times Well, can you believe it 15 days. I was so siked about getting to this day, and for some reason I'm not that excited. I haven't been hungry today at all (of course I thought about grilled salmon).
Today was really a spiritual day for me, not like everyday isn't, but some days somethings different. This is one of these days, I spent the day listening to God, I just went to the beach, looked at the water, walked in the sand. I woke up with that on my mind, the beach wasn't crowded the wind was cool and crisp. I feel good about my day. I should have know my day would be so enriching because the first thing this morning even before I could have my 6 am prayer, I hear "you know you had those 10 baby leaves yesterday" immediate attack this morning. But just like the God I serve, He whispered encouragement and warmth into my spirit, HE IS WONDERFUL!!!
I went to my Herbal/nutrition/health store and got some more cactus sweetener (I love it). I also got so frozen wheatgrass, 6 oz cubes. Any info about those will be welcome. I had to take a potassium 99 mg today. My thighs hurt so badly. It did help, and didn't hurt my stomach. I need a veggie or fruit with LOADS of potassium.
Oh, it also stopped my back.
My husband's juice fast has turned into a broth fast, he's thinking he might have to go to New Orleans for work, so he's getting physically ready (construction work).
I appreciate you guys, just for being there. I might blog more tonight, but for know I'm going to read some material on wheatgrass.
