Day Twenty One!!!!
Acting Like A Maniac!!!!

Spent the day running errands, split some firewood, taking care of things around the house,etc.
Another good energy day. Today I felt really clear in mind.
Juiced and drank my OJ. Drank a couple cups of sorghum tea. I am almost done with my gallon. I will be moving on to the maple syrup instead for my minerals, when it arrives. Drank my bf&c tea. Drank my three drops of oregano oil in water. Took my ura ursi, ginger, olive leaf and bf&c capsules. Basically the same thing, different day. I also drank two cups of the 4 herb tea. I have notice that since taking it my energy has increased another level as well. I am still going strong long after my body has given up,lol. I also added a 1/2 cup of water to the empty spice 4 life tea bottle and was able to get on last bit out of it. It sure tastes good.
Did some push ups and stretching and after I post this I will go bounce on my lympholine for 2,400 bounces. That gives me twenty minutes of non-stop bouncing. That is one of the best things to get your lymph system moving. Lymph glands work on a mechanical action, such as walking, jogging, bouncing, etc. Thats why they say move, it gets the lymph system pumping.
Also there is this thing called sunshine, and its outside. So get up and go out tomorrow and get some,lol. It has been rearing its bright face around here for about the last week, so you know where I have been every day, working in the beautiful sun.
M.O.G. is all about tough love. Hit em first, then give em a hug,lol.
