Are you getting sick of these posts yet?
The last couple days have been strange. I have been sleeping really weird the last few days. I am chalking it up to some deep cleaning going on. I have slept maybe two-three hours each night, if that and usually I need 8 plus hours a night. I also haven't been able to fall asleep until after 4:00 am.
I had a great workout today regardless of the sleep issue. Hit my shoulders, back, and chest for an hour and fifteen minutes. I could barely lift my arms to do 100 punches when I was done. Needless to say, I didn't get any push ups in today. I did do a bunch of stretching though.
Juiced and drank my oranges. Took my olive leaf, ginger, and bf&c pills. Drank my oil of oregano in water. Had two cups of 4 herb tea, and just got a new batch soaking. Made up a batch of coconut kefir yesterday and it was finished today. That stuff tastes good. I also juiced a pineapple today and have been mixing it with my orange juice for that tropical sort of drink. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm, what a nummy mixture.
All in all, another blessed day of life on this third rock from the sun.
