Day Twenty Three!!!!
The Fasting Freak!!

Cut up some wood with the chainsaw. Cut up some wood with the axe.
Spent an hour doing swiss ball exercises. Did forty regular push-ups, and twenty tricep push ups. Did 1000 a-b punches. Did all my other work and chores as well.
Broke my record on the trampoline today. My previous record was 4200 jumps. Today I jumped for an hour and twenty minutes for a total of 9000 jumps. Kinda blew my old record out of the water with that one,lol.
Juiced and drank my oranges. Drank two cups of bf&c tea. Drank two cups of the 4 herb tea. Took my olive leaf, ginger, uva ursi, and bf&c capsules. Drank a cup of coconut water. Took my three drops of oregano oil in water. I think thats about it.
Nothing else new, pretty much same routine everyday.
