Day Seventy Five!!!!
Still alive....

I talked to my wife yesterday about going to day 100, she just about blew a gasket. So for the sake of keeping the peace, I will end at day eighty. Unless I can come up with some way of convincing her otherwise,lol. Can't blame a guy for trying now, can ya. I mean really, whats twenty more days after going this long.
Today was so gorgeous. It was the first 70 degree day here. Maybe spring is finally here. It still got down to 32 degrees last night thought, which means I can't set my little seedlings out yet. I need to move to a tropical area, lol.
So today slept in late, and it felt good. I awoke and did my usual routine. Juiced my oranges, drank some. I am on my first box of organic minneolas(honeybells) and man are they special. Now I see why MH loves them so much. They are the sweetest orange I have juiced yet. Sure got to peel a bunch to juice a batch though, that is my only complaint.
Took my oil of oregano, and my olive leaf capsules. Drank my bf&c tea. Took my no crash ball. Drank a cup of coconut water. Had a glass of acv and maple syrup. Finished my last bottle of plant fats 4 life last night. I have really been enjoying the water distiller, it really works nice. Now I know what ya mean about the taste of bottled water compared to your own distilled water. Wouldn't go back for anything.
Smeared some coconut oil on my head and neck and arms and went outside and basked in the glorious sun. Built a nice four foot by eight foot raised bed planter box. I used 2"x10"x8' hemlock wood for the box. I screwed and glued the joints and tomorrow I will line the bottom with fabric cloth and fill it with compost/topsoil mixture. Then tomorrow I will start on digging my new big garden bed. I think it will be 12'x40' I haven't decided yet. I am the human backhoe,lol. Got my pick and my shovel and the will to achieve.
When I got done building the planter box, I came inside and did some stretching and then did my swiss ball exercises for an hour. Did 100 squats, 40 push ups, 2000 punches(broke my record on that today, yeeehaaaaa) and 5000 bounces on the trampoline, followed by more stretching. I am just amazed at the energy and endurance I now have, it really blows me away. I hope it continues when I go back on my raw living foods.
Other than that, nothing new for boring young M.O.G., same stuff different day as they say.
Keep the torch held high fellow fasters, it is well worth the effort, trust me. I can't believe where I have gotten too on this wonderful fast. Now if my stinking joints would heal up, I would be feeling like a new man. Actually, I do feel like a new man, just with messed up joints,lol.
