I usually have a really hard time sticking to a planned fasting program on day 1. The cycle goes on and on as tomorrow is always a better day to fast for reasons I pull out of thin air. Today, I've been educating myself about the MC process and have enjoyed the ciber company of all my fellow health conscious friends. Good vibes and positive energy all the way around! I feel confident and happy looking at the empty wine glass in front of me speckled with cayenne pepper flakes. Looking forward to my bedtime tea... I was fortunate enough to find Chocolate Smooth Move tea at Sprouts for only $4. Gotta love finding any way to incorporate chocloate in a fast:)
So far I've had very few hunger pangs and enjoyed cooking lunch for the kidos. MJ, my fiance is supportive and asked me to create a weight loss plan for him. He's not open to fasting, but there is much room for improvement in his diet. I look out in the kitchen at the rainbow of colors I've created with fresh produce and realize how the entire family is benefiting. God bless.
