The easy part has been easy.

I certainly had a few moments today where I realized I'm past the point of no return. Tempting food smells, walking past food carts, even sitting here watching the World Series, I'm surrounded by old, bad habits. I can see already how many of those are ritual decisions. It is rather easy, though, once you throw that switch in your head, to put it all in the past. (Not that I've done antything yet, but in many ways this stage must happen, no matter how easy it may be).

BTW, except for fruits and veggies, my kitchen is bare. I threw away everything. Well, I kept some frozen organic veggies in the freezer, but other than that, it's all gone. Only eating raw and organic right now.
