Thanks for a great plan! You have obviously nailed it by addressing numerous fronts! As Perlmutter says, Dementia is type 3 diabetes. People can't process Sugar that is refined or now"jacked."

Two questions-
At what stage of the candida protocol do you merge the leaky gut support?
Have you looked into your genetics, such as methylation,which is nearly first stage of processing,to determine how prone you are to candida overgrowth or mucosal imbalances, due to errors in the pathways?
