I just spray Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar all over my toes one night a month and let it dry . Don't wipe or rinse it off . Let it air dry a little and then leave it in overnight. It's not a cure for it because it's usually on the toes because you have an overgrowth of yeast in the gut, but it keeps the toenail fungus away! I just do it on the first day of every month and it will stay away. It does take 3-4 months to grow out though. Tweet
