My goat milk kefir comes out sour. I do not care for sour with anything. I flavor the kefir with various kool aides or flavored syrups. Possibilities are endless.

I do not want the sugar, but at least I am getting the benefits of the kefir.

I, too, would like to know how to make non sour kefir......
