That's cool if you're able to do an all apple diet; I find it so much harder to be a fruitarian than to fast!

When I do a swf, I only drink one in a day. Every time I do one, I have lots of solid waste come out, then about 2 hours or so after drinking it's just clear water. Then, the next day or two I basically have diarrhea multiple times per day as the previouly hardened stuff makes it's way down slowly.

I was trying to do one every second day, then I did 4 or 5 days in a row, and I just waited 4 days before doing my last one. I'm going to do one tonight as well.

When I do them at night, I just stay up until I get that clear fluid going, and usually I don't get anything else after that even if I drank it in the afternoon. But it does guarantee that I'll be in a big hurry at some point (or points) the next morning.
