Alot of stress while this juice fast.
Today was absolutely stressful at work. It seems when I get stressed I want food. I am glad that I have resisted and remain on my fast. Why does it seem like this is getting harder instead of easie... visit the page Day 7 17 y
I made it to day 7 which actually seemed impossible a week ago.
