nothing new

day 16 - nothing new .
Having permanently light nausea.
The weight loss stop since 3 days.( I think is from the period what I got yesterday )
I slept today up to 12 am again , but I am staying every night very late , sometimes up to 2pm .I am not fieling tired .
Have a lot of energy, but trying not to weist it,like Dr.Shelton advice.

Looking forward to day 17( Already day 17 ! I can not belived myself ! )
