Ready for a new beginning!

need strong support team

I'm beginning a 14-21 day juice fast, I REALLY need a good support team. I haven't blogged or juiced for 2 yrs. Since that time I've had my spleen removed 2/08. I have recently gained 40 lbs in about 4 mos (new move makes me too happy). I can't afford that with age and high bp and anuersym in my heart (according to the DR). I'm open to the help, suggestions and definitly prayers. thanks for reading my blog
