My First Message

A Message I received Today During My Meditation

As I went through my daily meditation today, I decided to ask a question. The question was simple, “Is there a message you wish for me to provide others through my blog?” What follows is the answer I received. I don’t usually get such clear responses, so this is definitely a new thing for me. But as the old adage goes, ask and you shall receive.

The Message:

Yes. We have a message for all those who have eyes to see and ears to hear. Listen to yourself. Be true and honest with who you are and who you choose to become. The limitations you have created for yourselves are all illusions. Each of you is worthy of the love and power of God. Do not resist this love. It is ever present and is being sent to you at all times.

We do not understand why all of you have been resisting for so long. You ask for help and seek our guidance but you resist that help and ignore those answers at every turn. Why? Ask yourselves with honesty why it is that you block us. These blocks or brick walls have been created by you for you for centuries. It is time to tear down the walls. Free yourselves from self-imprisonment. Allow all that God offers to come to you through truth and love.

There is nothing that cannot be accomplished through God. In God all things are possible. Nothing is incurable. All diseases are blocks of love, of emotions, of energy, of power, of God. Free yourselves. We can say no more than this. Free yourselves.

And so it is.

What a truly amazing message it was. Through messages like this and my own experiences I am starting to learn how important it is for each of us to be free. To be free of all those things that have limited our true nature. I am also starting to realize that one of my goals in this lifetime is to learn for myself and to help others learn how important our mental and spiritual health is to our physical health. So many times we only think about our physical health and we leave these other aspects of ourselves on the side. But how many of our illnesses and dis-eases are first manifested in our minds and in our spirits. One day I would hope that preventive medicine takes on a whole new dimension. How about preventing diseases and illness not just through the maintenance of our physical bodies but through the regular nurturing and maintenance of our spirits and our minds? I just think it would be amazing if we all could learn ways of freeing ourselves from the emotional blocks, pain, suffering, and negative thoughts before they are manifested into physical pains and discomfort.
