eft, memory

My DH and I were discussing with whom my DS17 had gone to a dance. I cold see her face but the name was not coming to me. I decided to quit "trying" to remember and just go back to falling asleep. It still would not pop into my conscious mind. I did one round of tapping and then actively began thinking again. A name popped into my head that rhymed, then I remembered the name. It was cool.

I'm doing a lemonade fast cleanse right now for a few days. Its been amazing. Not felt hungry much at all. I was hoping to feel more hungry so I could do some tapping. I did feel very cold - my hands and just all over. So I tapped 3 or 4 rounds for this but it didn't change much until a little while later. So I don't know if tapping is going to help me stay warmer this winter or not.
