Everytime you wake up you have the power to decide to a large degree what kind of day you will have. You are the God/dess to the billion of cells in your body. They take their cues from you.
Health is the love affair you have with your own self. Your mental, spritiual, emotional and physical health is greatly influenced by your own thoughts and projections.
Are you an obstacle to your own healing? Do you have habits and attitudes that don't support your full holistic health?
How is ytour relationship with yourself? How much do you love and respect yourself?
You positive actions need to be supported by diet, lifestyle and holistic medicine but you are the greatest influence on your own health.
