The Mind if well-disciplined can be a good follower, but is a terrible leader.
Deep wisdom lives in your body, in your gut.
Trust your gut instinct, listen to your gut, work on a gut level.
You cannot fool your body.
The body knows when you are sincere or not, when you are committed or not.
Don't try to tell your body that you wish to make peace with your virus if your don't because your body will see right through you.
Don't kid yourself into thinking that you no longer feel dirty or ashamed of being infected with your virus if it isn't true.
Don't pretend to be serious about ended your outbreaks and at the same time be unwilling to do the things you need to do like giving up coffee, doing yoga and dialoguing with the virus.
Your body is observing you carefully and knows your intentions before your mind does.
