Lately the inside of my mouth has sores and I was wondering if the recent addition of ACV to my diet could be the culprit. Every day I dilute 1 tblspn of organic unpasturized ACV into 1 quart of water and sip on it all morning during work. Maybe it would be better to drink it quickly and minimize exposure to mouth tissues. Has anyone else had this problem?- Re: Can ACV cause sores inside of mo... abcxyz

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,160,544Dunno about the sores but I never sip ACV because I don't want it to have prolonged contact with my teeth.

Thanks! Your advise makes sense. I'm now taking my ACV quickly, diluted in a glass of water, then brushing my teeth afterwards. I sure don't want to risk ruining my teeth.
