Lately the inside of my mouth has sores and I was wondering if the recent addition of ACV to my diet could be the culprit. Every day I dilute 1 tblspn of organic unpasturized ACV into 1 quart of water and sip on it all morning during work. Maybe it would be better to drink it quickly and minimize exposure to mouth tissues. Has anyone else had this problem?
