Hi Carnap,
Yes you can take an enema if you have hemorrhoids, just don’t force the nozzle into your anus and rectum. Use a lot of lubricant and be gentle. When I had hemorrhoid (very many years ago) I took a small enema after every bowel movement to clean out the rectum and the anus areas so that the hemorrhoids could heal.
Taking several deep enemas one after the other to clean out the left over from bad constipation is quite okay.

There was a small amount of blood. Maybe I did not do it gently enough. Although I did use coconut oil and did not have resistance.
I think I will wait a couple of days for it to heal.
