Hey I know how you feel. I had some coworkers like stand outside my cubicle and just happen to have a conversation about people that dont use deodorant. Or spray at me with lysol. So when I blow them off in the halls they get offended. Class is worse because I can hear all the students whispering and my professor was giving me dirty looks. Right now I am doing The Master Cleanse to get all the toxins from the bad food out my system. I was told that bad Body Odor sometimes come from the colon since meat and dairy have a hard time passing through and it can rot and become a problem. The first times I started the cleanse and relapsed the next day I noticed that I smelled worse because I had to pass that food and some of it was not digesting well.

I gave up deodorant over a month ago and started using a deodorant stone. You can get them from the health store. Its all natural and the stone can last for one year when used by one person. Its made from mineral salts and does not contain aluminum chlorohydrates (thats what attracted me since aluminum chloro. has a possible link to Breast Cancer and alzheimers) You wet the stone and place it on your skin. It provides like 24 hour barrier that kills bacteria so your skin wont smell (unless you have alot of toxins in your body. It worked well before the cleanse but now I am not finding it as effective since the toxins from two years of daily fast food is seeping out of my skin!) It only works on clean skin so if you have a shower put it on afterwards. Its also good for other parts of the body.

As for bad breath I recommend a product called seafresh. It has algae and sun chollera so that kills odors, its a toothpaste. I bought it for the cleanse since my mouth tastes like a raw sewer because of the toxins. Its doing okay but there is no flouride in it so you can use crest pro health or whatever you want once in a day. Also stop eating the foods that consists of dairy and meat. It will smell so bad in your system because it was once flesh of someone else. Just take a trip to a health store (vitamin shoppe, gnc,not really gnc, or an mom and pop store and talk to them)

IM not trying to promote you anything but seriously just think. You and everyone smell this awful odor around you, you said represents feces. If thats how you smell externally then imagine how you smell internally? I think The Master Cleanse would be great for you. If you go to the forum someone posted the ebook there. You dont have anything to lose although during the cleanse you may smell worse since your toxins are trying to get out from your skin.

I must thank you though for posting this because I was having some serious cravings and wanted to relapse so badly but seeing this made me realize that if I stopped now (Day 7) then I will not reap the benefits and may never get rid of this problem.

Also if you are up to it then you can try incorporating some sun chollera or chlorophyll liquid capsules into your daily routine. Chlorophyll is usally sold as an internal deodorizer so its supposed to help get rid of internal odors that will then become external through the pores. Also you may have a zinc deficiency so you should consider some of that. I tried chlorophyll capsules a year ago and it worked okay but since I had so much toxins and fecal matter in my system that it was a lost battle eventually (too much meat and imodium). But when I did The Master Cleanse the second time and relapsed on the second day I ate some chlorophyll and zinc and the odor was not bad. I intend to use wheat grass powder in home made smoothies when I am done and try to have a mainly vegan lifestyle. Just KEEP IT GREEN!

Right now I am dumping as many hygiene products with chemicals that I can. I also bought raw organic coconut oil for my hair skin and food (if i choose) since it helps get the smelly toxins out faster. If you dont want to do the Master Cleanse then dont but you should think about a Colon Cleanse or a Liver Flush. I think if you did a Liver Flush (Dr. Hudlas is like 48 hours ) you will pass a lot of stones (can be bad foods, old medications, etc)and it will make you feel lighter and better. I intend to break the cleanse with one. Just cleanse your colon and see if that helps.

Hello everyone please bare with me this story is long but I feel if you know my background will be able to understand how I believe stresses in my life have caused me to have bad breath and body odour, I hope this information shows you that your not alone and I hope we both can live a “normal” life again. I have admired this website from afar for a couple of years now, desperately looking for an answer to this embarrassing and socially crippling problem.
Background
In 2008 i started to get severe Body Odor and bad breath, but it wasn't just that i was gaining weight having episodes of gerd (even as i write this im having gerd) i haven't always lived a healthy lifestyle i used to over eat, drink on the weekends and smoke at least 3-5 cigarettes a day. with all these poor lifestyle choice it only felt natural to have digestive issues but that was it, I also experienced a lot of anxiety i was an incredibly sociable person i worked full time and modelled for fun, from the outside looking my life looked amazing but it wasn't i was tired all the time i work 10 hour shifts pretty much every day and felt drained and tired only to be dragged to stuck up clubs where everyone was being fake, the more i hung out in these social groups i felt more a more pressure to be something I wasn’t I was very nervous and often fet uncomfortable i lost sight of my responsibilities at home bills house work etc my desire to accepted took a tool on my home life and left me and my older brother fighting constantly about bills i began to skip days at work and when i did go in i would make the simplest mistakes. around 2011 i decided to do something productive with my time and i enrolled into my local college i was so nervous and embarrassed it felt like i was introducing new pressures and stresses into my life
the stress of studying was to much i fell ill soooo much from swine flu to the common cold to over 10 episodes of tonsillitis in 1 academic year my throat was a mess my tonsil were so inflamed, every time i thought about going into college my stomach would churn, i began to throw up and had frequent episodes of diarrhoea, at this 2012 point my bad breath was fully out of control and so was my body odour i was carrying a spare top toothpaste and a tongue scraper and a bottle of water so i could discretely brush my teeth in a cubicle alone, my classmates mocked me whenever the got the chanced drawing pictures of me and saying i smelt bad, my teachers refused to help me and i failed my course, i tried to jump back into my old life i started hanging out with my old clubbing friends and work colleagues but this new odour made it incredibly hard i would be singled out and rejected from the clubs and social events, I lost my job, my partners over year either left me out of embarrassment or just acted like idiots so id dump them. I became angry and obsessed I felt like everyone was talking about me I stopped going out rarely left the house.
Things ive tried
Fasts water and juice for 7 days (no food), p90x, Candida cleanse, supplements e.g to name a few pau d arco, milk thistle, goldenseal, garlic tablets odourless, enemas, iron, magnesium, proton pump inhibitors and over the counter ant acids, digestive enzymes, betaine hydrochloride
My symptoms
For the last 5 years ive had the following symptoms: depression, anxiety, fatigue, weight gain ( a roll of flab around my tummy), lack of concentration, inability to process new information, pcos, gum inflammation ( bad smell in between teeth but no problems when I go to the dentist) constipation, indgestion (no matter what I take) thinning hair, brittles nails, sensitivity to cold and extreme pain after work out and very little to no results it took my 4 months to loose 3lbs :/

Stress!!!!!!! Also known as cortisol this chemical is in each and every one of us made to protect us in time of trauma and believe it or not exercise is trauma! Everything I was going through my job, my studies my relationships with friends family and partners over the years all add up to stress now don’t get me wrong I love the people in my life and the experiences ive had over the years but the stress over trying to please everyone made me very very very sick, I was so frustrated and couldn’t understand why all the herbs, diets fads and exercise works weren’t working. And every time I think about the times I smelled I was always in stressful situations, I never smelled when I was drunk because I was relaxed but I knew I could drink all the time, so I basically want to share my new journey of how Im going to overcome my stress and if you have a moment look up high cortisol levels your gonna kick yourself!!!!!!!!

i finally got rid of it guys! im so freakin excited to start my life im 30 years old and had this problem since i was 14.nobody knew what it was, not the dentist or doctors they sucked and wre a waste of time.i didnt think it was my wisdom teeth but that was the problem i was cured. my freakin breath smelled worse than crap ot was like sewage and know its been a month and im sure its gone.i cant lie sometimes i get paranoid when im in a confined room because of so many bad experiences you guys know what im talking about.i had asked the dentist if it was my wisdom teeth giving me bad breath and he said he didnt think it was,he was so wrong.just to think if i would of gotten them removed a long time ago.excuse my grammer i suck at writing but im copying and pasring this on all the forums incase it can help someone else.i got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and bad breath is totally gone except for some normal morning breath i can actually go to church now and sit beside people and not panic you guys who have this problem know that little things like that are huge for us. 8
