Your welcome... However removing mercury is only one aspect of regaining health as you probably know... you have to target all of your body, digestion, liver, kidney, dental work etc etc.

First of all with regards to the dosage. 400 mg x 3 x 3 times per day = 3.6 grams per day. I suggested upto 10 grams per day, but even if you take 3.6 grams per day it WILL HELP to eliminate the mercury. Depending upon how much money you have, maybe increase the dose to 400 mg x 4 tablets 3 times per day, then you are recieving 4.8 grams per day, or even 400 mg x 5 tablets x 3 times per day = 6 grams per day which will be great... but don't worry if money is tight 3.6 grams will help. You don't have to take chlorella with meals... just make sure you spread it out during the day such as once in the morning, then mid afternoon then evening, but taking it with meals is fine.

A standard maintenence dose of MSM is about 2000 mg per day (2 grams) although you can take 3000 mg or 4000 mg if you so desire. Some people with severe conditions take 40,000 - 50,000 mg per day... I suggest 3000mg (3 grams) or 4000 mg (4 grams) per day or again 2000 mg (2 grams) will greatly help if money is tight... Detoxing from mercury takes a long time, so unless you have the money you should stick with the smaller doses... don't worry about it though, you will still recieve much benefit from adding chlorella and MSM even at small doses...

When I referred to it being quite a journey I was speaking in terms of the required learning curve in order to get ourselves healthy again! For me I estimate that mercury toxicity was only about 10-15% of my problems... so I only noticed a slight improvement. I still have a root canal in my mouth and although it is likely to have some mercury in the metal post, it is more likely due to be causing continuing difficulties due to anerobic bacteria....

NEVER EVER ACCEPT A ROOT CANAL... and good luck with the mercury detox!
