Confused...so many different protocols???

I really need some help here. I am totally confused as to how to properly get my almagams taken out. I know I should do it by a Biological Dentist but I do not have that kind of money. :-( I am retired on a fixed income due to MS.
I will be seeing a Natropath Doctor because I read about the detox somewhat. I understand a little on that but...my brain is somewhat dead sometimes..lol.
I am having my regular dentist remove them using a rubber dam.
Is there anything else I need to know or do that is important? I am really hoping to help with this dang MS.
