Hello everyone. I traveled to Brazil to get health care. I found a lab which collects stool samples for 5 days consecutively. This lab found amoeba while MetaMetrix result was "
parasite present taxonomy unavailable". Don't get me wrong, the other information from MetaMetrix tests are very valuable to me and "
parasite present taxonomy unavailable" statement was helpful to convince people.
However, at this point I feel that all labs should not be trusted when results are negative while symptoms indicate parasites. The Brazilian lab also found non pathogenic e.coli like MetaMetrix.
See my previous posts about MetaMetrix results here

I'm going to see the doctor Friday and I like to present drug treatment alternatives. I have previous experience with this doctor and he is quite open minded.
In the last 4 years I have tried Metronidazole, Albendazole, Mebendazole, tinidazole, Secnidazole (500 mg) Furazolidone (100 mg) Nitazoxanide ( 500 mg ) 10 days combo.
I have (haven't tried yet)
*Diloxanide Furoate 500mg - 30 Tabs (for 10 days - 3 tabs a day)
*Iodoquinol 650mg
*Xifaxan 200mg
I can buy easily in Brazil
*Etofamide (brand name Kitnos)
*Septra (Trimethoprim, Sulfamethoxazole) brand name in Brazil is Bactrim
Thanks everyone for the help!!
