I was diagnosed with Giardia but I didn't know that I had ameba when I used the blasto combo. I suspected I had Amoeba since my mom was diagnosed & we got sick at the same time.

Paromomycin is not available in Brazil AFAIK. I think I can use Nitazoxanide + Diloxinide combination or Nitazoxanide + Kitnos combination. I have to check if they interact & research them more...

Iodoquinol has possible side effects that cause eye problems. I have been loosing eye sight after I got sick and I don't want to loose any more...

Kitnos is the only amebicide that is available in Brazil AFAIK. Maybe someone knows of another alternative.

The Diloxinide and Iodoquinol I have are from MagicPharma and MedsMex. I traveled with them.
