I am on day 2 of the Master Cleanse. I've done at least one 10 day Master-Cleanse before, maybe another time too; I've forgotten. I've done fresh juice fasting also at other times.

This time I began in the middle of a day. I just plunged in, without reminding myself of all that was involved. So I forget yesterday about laxative tea and salt water flushes.

I came home today and did a coffee enema. I'll have to read what anyone says about enemas and the MC. As I have forgotten. But I learned to do enemas when I first began juice fasting from the Ann Wigmore Foundation.

I think in the past I have skipped the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and done an enema instead. Since I have to go to work in the morning, I've not wanted to do the flush in the morning, plus it is hard for me to get down.

Tonight, though, I googled "Can I do the salt water flush in the evening with Master Cleanse?" and came the Curezone and read a long thread on SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) where people mostly didn't answer question, except for at least one person who was irate that anyone would suggest not doing the Master-Cleanse exactly as written!

but I did get the good idea to awaken early enough to drink the SW and still get to work. I hadn't thought of that.

At any rate, spurred by at least one person somewhere saying that one could do it in the evening, I just downed some room temperature SW.

I made it by using filtered tap water and a little bit of boiled water.

I was going to just use 16 oz. So I drank as much as I could in one swoop till I felt like I had to stop to breathe. I guess it takes practice to get it down without stopping. So I took a breath and it felt like it would be hard to drink more. My stomach felt full and rebellious, but I persisted with the second half, until I had to stop and hurl, expelling most of the second half.

I decided that was enough for my first try. And returned to reading more posts. But then was inspired to try again.

So I made another 16 ozs with one teaspoon of Sea Salt . And tried again to drink in one swoop. I had to stop again. But this time, I decided to wait to do the second half till my stomach felt like it could take it. So I waited a few minutes. And then tried again. And again, had to stop; I couldn't finish the second half without stopping. Again I waited a few minutes, so that I wouldn't hurl it again. And the third time I was able to finish the glass.

So perhaps I have 24 oz in me and 1.5 tsp of salt. It's 10:15 PM. Maybe I finished it 45 minutes ago.

And I'm going to do the laxative tea tonight also.

So I should be getting pretty cleaned out by tomorrow morning.

I think that tomorrow I'll do tea in the evening and then start trying SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning and do it earlier on workdays.
