For those who have followed this forum for a long time, you will know that i have been around for a long time.

I suffered from chronic health problems (starting from & including EC - peeling lips) since 2008. Since then i have been looking for heaven & earth to cure myself. My illness later progressed to Arthritis & i lost alot of weight, possibly more than 10kg.

I was sure if i didnt find the right way, it will progress into full autoimmune illness. I fell & get up. Each time i fell, i tell myself not to give up. Finally in yr 2011 i saw some light. And by now, i can say i am 99% recovered.

Your symptoms, whatever it is, is an indication that there is something wrong with your body. Especially chronic illness, which is really the body telling you that you must do something in the right direction.

You do not need to worry about what problems you have as everyone has different genetic disposition. But you must remember one thing: You will recover if you do proper detoxification & nutrients intake. Below are the steps:

1) coffee enema 6 times per week. Liver Flush every 2 weeks. Make sure theres stones. These 2 will help in detoxifying the body.

2) Diet avoidance: White flour, sweets, cakes, biscuits, chocs, & junk food.

3) Proper food combination. Mix vege only with rice. Take fruits separately. You can take meat, but only mix with veg.

4) Juicing: LOts of wheat grass juice, carrot juice throughout the day

5) Acupuncture: once per week.

Do this for 6 months & you will see results. If you have budget or time constraints, do only number (1) for half a yr will also let you see results. Be determined. This will be my best christmas present for you this yr. I seldom come in anymore but i love you guys so much. This is he place that helped me with my research. God always love you.
