since i have been using neti pot with neil meds rinse i noticed my right ear had some sort of black residue trail while using q-tip to clean my ear.

i also have ringing ears tinnitus

The ear needs to dry up in the space between the source of the goop and the inside opening of the eustachian channel. Go to an ENT doctor and get him to aspirate the ear. He'll put a small incision in the eardrum and use a little vacuum cleaner tube to pull out the goop. Have him send a sample of this to a lab for analysis. He'll put a small tube in the little slit in the ear drum - it'll fall out in a few weeks and the slit will heal over - these weeks will allow for your ear to dry up - what your e-tube would have done for you before it plugged up. this will give you a chance to move forward. Note the positions of your head when you hear gurgles and feel the tickle of the drainage. This can tell you it's not in your ears but in the sinuses of your skull. Take Capril capsules and note any changes. These have a quick effect on symptoms. I think you're on the right site.

I had this problem for a long time. While I don't know if I can say that I 'cured' it, I have managed to improve it by at least 80% though one or all of the following:

Fill each ear up with peroxide and let fizz for 15 minutes, every day.

Take as much vitamin C as your bowels can handle (Linus Pauling protocol)

Drink 3-4 tbs of ACV every day

The above combination, I believe, dries up much of the mucus/goop and also turns your ear/nose/throat/GI tract slightly acidic so as to push down the fungal growth a bit

I have the same exact thing. Right ear blocked and very full feeling. I can pop it but it goes right back to the feeling of being sucked in. I have white lines inside my cheeks on both side, brain fog, feeling unreal and always tired and sleepy.

Do you just have brain fog or do you have the unreal disconnected feeling as well?

I have horrible reactions to all the Rx nasal sprays and pills.

I find avoiding certain foods and drinking plenty of water helps but in no way am I cured.
