I have the same exact thing. Right ear blocked and very full feeling. I can pop it but it goes right back to the feeling of being sucked in. I have white lines inside my cheeks on both side, brain fog, feeling unreal and always tired and sleepy.

Do you just have brain fog or do you have the unreal disconnected feeling as well?

I have horrible reactions to all the Rx nasal sprays and pills.

I find avoiding certain foods and drinking plenty of water helps but in no way am I cured.

Anyone else?
