Day 59: The Good News!

As I suspected, this was an extra special colonic. After Saturday's big crisis, featuring ORANGE diarrhea... and after all ten days on juices since the last colonics turning up mountains of rubble and rocks...
Major breakthrough! I am so proud of my lower intestines, you all! Only here could I possibly express my utter delight with today's colonic! Lots more orange garbage, then some black garbage, a few more rocks... and finally... WALL! Bits from the WALL of my colon! I honestly never thought I would witness such a wondrous sight through my very own colonic tube!!!
Gloria says, yep, you broke through into a good pocket there. And yep, right at the top of the ascending colon where it cuts across, and comes in contact with the liver (what's the name of the valve there?). So good call, surely a part of the crisis was liver/gall bladder related, though the stones were from the intestine. Certainly I released a good blast of bile!
ORANGE! Very colorful.
Boy, and do I feel GOOD!
But the best news! She says, now, I want you to eat (I get excited at this point)-- PROTEIN! Focus on fish (we live on two oceans- can eat chicken too but our fish is much cleaner), and of course lots of raw fruits and veggies, and a nice veg juice in the pm... salad!
And she had FLAX oil! And Bragg's aminos! I swung by Costco for a bag of baby greens, and my pal Joe went fishing yesterday and got 10 tuna, 2 dorado, a wahoo (wahoo!!), two sailfish and a manta! He let everything go except a couple tuna and a dorado, the wahoo self-released... and the ray was WAY to big to consider bringing on board!
SO fresh dorado (mahi-mahi) and Costco baby greens with flax oil dressing fo din din!
And yeah, I lost a couple pounds (over 40 though I stay off the scales mostly). I feel absolutely spectacular, and this breakthrough to my WALLS made it worth every single blessed minute.
And I could have done it, on account of I am pretty determined, but I assure you it would have not been near as joyous without you all.

I am starting just like you advised on all fruits and veggies. Today was my first day. I did very well. I started my new job today too. I am so happy to be coming around spiritually, financially, and physically. You have given me courage. Some say that it can't be done, but you showed us that it can.

This is a reply to # 216,964Boy, fresh fish and baby greens with flaxseed oil and lime juice. Absolutely amazing food! Fish fished only yesterday from the great farspooming Pacific! What could be better? Leftovers!
Of COURSE it can be done. In cases like mine it MUST be done... I don't know of anything that could have helped me like the Master-Cleanse has done.
Your only pitfall will be fasting crises and work. If you do get sick, you will need to lie low as much as possible, drink lots of water and keep those intestines clean to make it as short as possible... I will light a candle you're already clean enough to avoid a crisis. Or that if you do, it hits on the weekend!
They're a little like a hurricane. Awesome, and really all you can do about them is ride them out. Eating certainly wouldn't help!
But however it goes for you, this is the greatest place for support. Someone here has been through what you're going through and can get you the advice and encouragement you need to keep on!

Yes?
If thats the case in my understanding that you need to address the candida issue before doing the Master-Cleanse because of the Maple syrup in the Master-Cleanse feeds the candida.

Since you're gonna eat some fish I thought I'd pass my favorite marinade for grillin'
1/2 olive oil
1/2 wine vinegar
thyme
ground up orange rind
It is best for salmon but I use it on anything I put on the grill and it imparts a light clean taste without heavily masking the flavors of anything you grill. Save some to use as dipping sauce for whatever you grill. At least for me anything seafood must also have some fresh lime on it.
Try marinating a portobello mushroom in this then grillin it, I do add some tamari also for the mushroom.- Re: My favorite fish marinade Somer

This is a reply to # 216,991Looks great!! I had the dorado dry rubbed with (you guessed it) cheyenne!! Oh it was so good! And baby greens with organic flaxseed oil and (you guessed it) lime! Unbelievable. Dorado caught yesterday. Wow.
I am having the marinade mañana--I got a bag of perfectly filleted big thick white-meaty chunks to cook up tomorrow. Breakfast, right!?

This is a reply to # 216,995When I didn't feel like cranking up the BBQ for grillin I have also used the marinade on the fish then poached it in a pan with white cooking wine with a cover on it.
For broiling Mahi Mahi I mix 50/50 lime juice with Sake and add ginger and tamari. Marinade it for a while then slice up some onions and lime sand put them over the fish and stick it in the broiler. Maravilloso!!
Boy I hope we're not driving all the faster nuts with all this food talk. Just to parraphrase you, "the food will be there when you're done" ;+D- Re: My favorite fish marinade Somer

Boy, what beautiful clean protein. I feel absolutely nothing but great this morning after eating a bunch of it! Just the dorado and the salad felt like exactly what I needed!! Absolutely NO temptation to do dessert, but they had to duct tape my hands to get me away from the fish!!
And guess what, guys? The food is still there!
And Thank Goodness, the Master-Cleanse is also still there.

This is a reply to # 217,035The Master-Cleanse and colonics have been my main allies. There is a very good enema and colonic board here at curezone--they tell you how to shop for a colonic professional! Apparently they are NOT all wonderful!
But worth seeking out.

This is a reply to # 216,957After enema just now it looked like a pinworm. I did not know I had any. The ceyenne should help kill them. What I do not understand, is three or four strings come out that look like they are worms of three inches but not moving. They are like strings, but not as big as earthworms. I never eat food that has that big of a string, even celery.

This is a reply to # 217,043Could be antique dead parasites, could be mucous. Mucous takes many strange forms!!
The important thing is to get them OUT! My hairy crisis Saturday was caused when I broke into a big pocket of GARBAGE! Mucous can turn right into cement, and hold amazing horrors between its insidious layers.
Have you read the article Journey to the Center of Your Colon on the site called The Doctor Within? Just search on Yahoo or whatever and look for the article. I could be a poster child!
