Day 59: The Good News!

As I suspected, this was an extra special colonic. After Saturday's big crisis, featuring ORANGE diarrhea... and after all ten days on juices since the last colonics turning up mountains of rubble and rocks...

Major breakthrough! I am so proud of my lower intestines, you all! Only here could I possibly express my utter delight with today's colonic! Lots more orange garbage, then some black garbage, a few more rocks... and finally... WALL! Bits from the WALL of my colon! I honestly never thought I would witness such a wondrous sight through my very own colonic tube!!!

Gloria says, yep, you broke through into a good pocket there. And yep, right at the top of the ascending colon where it cuts across, and comes in contact with the liver (what's the name of the valve there?). So good call, surely a part of the crisis was liver/gall bladder related, though the stones were from the intestine. Certainly I released a good blast of bile!

Boy, and do I feel GOOD!

But the best news! She says, now, I want you to eat (I get excited at this point)-- PROTEIN! Focus on fish (we live on two oceans- can eat chicken too but our fish is much cleaner), and of course lots of raw fruits and veggies, and a nice veg juice in the pm... salad!

And she had FLAX oil! And Bragg's aminos! I swung by Costco for a bag of baby greens, and my pal Joe went fishing yesterday and got 10 tuna, 2 dorado, a wahoo (wahoo!!), two sailfish and a manta! He let everything go except a couple tuna and a dorado, the wahoo self-released... and the ray was WAY to big to consider bringing on board!

SO fresh dorado (mahi-mahi) and Costco baby greens with flax oil dressing fo din din!

And yeah, I lost a couple pounds (over 40 though I stay off the scales mostly). I feel absolutely spectacular, and this breakthrough to my WALLS made it worth every single blessed minute.

And I could have done it, on account of I am pretty determined, but I assure you it would have not been near as joyous without you all.
